All figures are excl. VAT. We charge 21% VAT for orders within the Netherlands. If you’re an EU business based elsewhere, enter a valid VIES VAT number to receive 0% reverse-charged VAT. Non-EU customers won’t be charged EU VAT.

The five steps below are the photo order form, and you can go back through all of them. Video, Hooks and the two custom doors have no form yet: those take a short brief and the studio answers in writing, with a date and a price.

- The delivery date is confirmed before you payNever after. Under 10 products: standard turnaround — estimated delivery, no fixed date. From 10, we hold a date for the order and confirm it in writing.
- Then you approve image by imageEvery order lands in VISUAILS Studio, where you see each image, approve it or ask for a change, and download what is finished.
